We go beyond trials by equipping players with the tools to succeed at the professional level. Through mentorship, specialized training, and career education, we help players develop the mental resilience, cultural adaptability, and professional awareness needed to thrive in any competitive environment.

We focus on elite youth and pre-professional players (male and female) from the U.S. and non-EU countries who have the talent and ambition to play professionally but may have been overlooked due to lack of resources, exposure, or connections. Our mission is to uncover and elevate forgotten talent, ensuring that deserving players—regardless of financial status—get a genuine opportunity to be seen, evaluated, and compete at the highest level.

The Women’s World Squad (WWS) is a groundbreaking initiative that provides 20 elite female soccer players with direct access to professional clubs. Through high-level training, trials, and competitive matches against first-division teams, players have the opportunity to earn pro contracts or preseason invitations based on performance—not only from the opposing clubs but also through our extensive global network of professional teams.

Players must first submit an application detailing their experience, including highlight videos and references. The World Squad staff and Open Goal Inc. team will evaluate all submissions and identify the most promising candidates for an in-person assessment before extending invitations to join the squad.
